Gecko™ Australia: delivery and payment policies
 
 

   

 
Destination
We currently only deliver Geckos to addresses in Australia.

Currency
All charges are billed in A$ and are inclusive of GST.

Delivery costs
Gecko offers a flat rate for shipping: $12 per order.  Easy.

Payment methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard via our secure online ordering system. We do not charge a credit card surcharge.

Process
After choosing to place an order for your Gecko the following process takes place during our business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday EST/EDST).

  1. You shall receive a confirmation email that your order has been received and is being packed.
  2. We pass your order on to our warehouse for dispatch.
  3. Your Gecko will be packaged by our warehouse in a manner which will prevent product damage during transport.
  4. If your Gecko is in stock and it is ordered prior to 12.30pm Eastern Australia time (Daylight Saving time when applicable) it will be dispatched the same business day once payment is cleared. Orders received after 12.30p.m will be dispatched the following day.
  5. Goods are freighted via Star Track express. In the event that the package cannot fit in your letterbox or no one is at home to receive it, a card shall be left advising how collection can be arranged.

Refund policy
Any faulty or damaged stock received within 14 days will be replaced at no charge. Any orders received incorrectly as a result of our error will be replaced at no additional charge. All other orders can be refunded if we are informed within 7 days of dispatch and the order is unopened upon return. In this case return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Should you wish to make a claim in relation to this refund policy, this must be done by email or facsimile within 24 hours of receiving your goods. After confirming any claim we shall re-supply the goods or credit your account in full. Except in the case of ‘returned unopened’ orders, any cost for the re-shipping of product shall be the responsibility of Cicada Mobile Pty Ltd. i.e. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of our customers.

Delivery times
Addresses in Eastern Seaboard city centres should receive their delivery within 2 business days of dispatch. Western Seaboard, Country and Regional areas should be received within 4 business days.
