The Gecko secret signal

Real geckos talk to each other in their own secret language (have a listen next time if you don’t believe me) and being an owner of a new Gecko phone means you get access to your very own secret language too…it’s called the Gecko Secret Signal!!

Even though you can read about it on this site, you can’t use the GSS unless you have a Gecko, ‘cos it won’t mean anything to people with other phones. And the best thing about using the signal is it means you can still talk to your friends that have Geckos, even when you can’t talk on your Gecko phone. Cool!!

What does it mean?

There are different kinds of Gecko Secret Symbols - each one means something different. Say you...
wave 3 suckers in the air, like this:

…it means you’ve got a Gecko, so other Gecko owners will know that’s the best way to contact you!

Here’s what the other symbols mean:

Shake 3 suckers next to your ear = call me.

Point 3 suckers downwards = you’ve got a flat battery or you haven’t got your Gecko with you.

Point 3 suckers downwards then shake them next to your ear = you can’t talk right now (like if you’re in class)

Look the other way and shake 3 suckers in the air = You’re too busy so “Gecko me later”

Create your own Gecko Secret Symbols!
